How do you measure success?
We look at how your photo and video content is being used, seen, and responded to. Success can mean stronger engagement, better brand awareness, or helping move the right people toward your business. The goal is always to create content that actually supports what you are trying to accomplish.
Do you use Generative AI?
Yes, but only as a production tool, never as a replacement for real photography or filmmaking.
For photography, we may use AI assisted editing for minor cleanup, object removal, or generative fill. Every image we deliver is captured by our team. We do not create fully AI generated photographs or use your images or likeness to train AI models.
For video, we do not use AI generated footage. Every project is filmed by our team and professionally edited using industry standard tools.
AI may help streamline our workflow, but the final work always comes from real photography, real footage, and real creative direction.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner we understand your timeline, the better. Photoshoots can often be scheduled within 1 to 3 weeks, while larger video productions may require 30 days or more for planning, filming, and editing.
EXAMPLE: If you need a flagship or hero video completed in just 1 to 2 weeks, that timeline may not be realistic depending on the scope and moving parts involved.
