We are a veteran-owned creative studio in Perrysburg, Ohio. We build websites, run SEO, and shoot photo and video for real businesses across Northwest Ohio — contractors, accountants, flooring companies, restaurants, nonprofits. Not much of it is glamorous. All of it has to work.
If you are genuinely good at one of the things below, we want to hear from you, whether or not we have posted a role.
Five kinds of people
Some of this is ongoing work, some is project-based. Tell us which you are after and we will be straight with you about what we have.
Web Designers
You design in systems, not one-off screens. You care what a page is supposed to do, not just how it looks in a portfolio shot. Elementor or Figma, either is fine — the thinking matters more than the tool.
Web Developers
WordPress, and the discipline to build something the next person can maintain. Comfortable with custom work when a plugin is the wrong answer. Bonus if you have opinions about page speed.
Photographers
Brand, product, headshots, job sites. Some of it in our Perrysburg studio, plenty of it on location in places that are neither clean nor well lit. You know how to make a warehouse look good.
Videographers
From a single-camera interview to a multi-cam shoot day. Comfortable owning the whole thing — scoping, shooting, editing, delivering. We care about audio as much as the picture.
Social Media Managers
You can take one production day and turn it into a month of content that actually sounds like the client. Strategy first, captions second.
Small team, real ownership
You will own the work
No layers of approval between you and the thing you made. You will talk to clients, and your name will be on it.
Strategy before pixels
Every project starts with what the business needs, not with a template. If you like knowing why, you will fit.
A studio you can actually use
200 sq ft in Perrysburg with lighting, backdrops, sound treatment and podcast gear. It is there for client work and for yours.
Local clients, real stakes
No faceless enterprise accounts. You will meet the owner, see the shop, and watch the thing you built bring in leads.
Veteran-owned, plainly run
We say what we mean about timelines, budgets and what we can do. Same goes internally.
Room to be a specialist
We would rather have someone excellent at one thing than passable at five.

We do not need a cover letter and we are not going to ask you to write one. Send an email with four things and we will read it.
What to send
1. Who you are — a few sentences, not a biography.
2. What you do — which of the five above, and how long you have been doing it.
3. A link to your work — site, reel, Drive folder, Instagram. Whatever shows it best.
4. What you want more of — the kind of project you would take every time if you could.
What happens next
We read everything. If there is a fit, you will hear from us within about a week and we will start with a conversation, not a test project.
If there is not a fit right now, we will tell you that too rather than leaving you wondering. We keep good people on file and we do come back to them.
